Let's face it...There are times when you come across a pupil who is downright unlikeable. So what do you do when you have to face the creature in a classroom, when you are forced to be 'professional' when he SEVERELY disrupts your lesson (or spends the entire hour picking his nose) and then demands YOUR time in an after-school session.
